Dear Parents & Players,
The Club has very onerous payment responsibilities with the Football Federation of Victoria (FFV). Those responsibilities include a very large payment for the entire Clubs’ registration fees which is due in April.
As we are a “not for profit” incorporated body we work on a “cash in/cash out” basis which means that we need your fees paid in full to honour the commitments we have with the FFV and other suppliers that we use to keep the Club moving along in both the pre-season period and during the season.
Based on the above, we kindly ask you to ensure that your fees are paid in full at the very latest:
- Prov 3 SE Men (Firsts/Reserves)- before 31st March
- All others – before 9th April
This is the absolute latest to ensure you do not miss the Round 1 fixture.
Should payment not be received by the due date and in full the club will not be able to complete the registration process with the FFV which means that the player will not be able to play in the competition until the fees have been paid in full.
Should parents or players have any difficulties in meeting this arrangement then you will need to apply to the Club in writing stating the reasons which hinder you from paying the fees in full by the due date. Each submission will be assessed on a “case by case” basis and must be sent to the Treasurer at least 1 week prior to the above dates.

Should payment not be received by the due date and in full, (delete- then we will have no alternative but to suspend your ) (insert the club will not be able to complete your/your child’s registration process with the FFV, the result of which will mean that you /your child will not be able to play in the competition until the fees have been paid in full.

@marinucci: no problems, you will have been receipted on the day I assume and will have been marked ‘paid’ in the player database. This article was emailed to the entire club regardless of payment status.
