Eltham Redbacks would like to welcome Fabrizio back as the Technical Director for the Mini Roos. Fab will be responsible for all the boys’ and girls’ juniors up until under 12s.

Many members will remember Fabrizio as the senior coach and our TD in the junior program years ago. He now returns with a wealth of experience and knowledge to take ERFC to the next level.

Fabrizio has an extensive coaching career in soccer both in Australia and Italy.

He is a qualified A Licensed coach and has a vast range of coaching roles including but not limited to Assistant Coach at Melbourne City, Head Coach at Melbourne City Schools Program, Assistant Coach FFA skillaroos alongside Ivan Jolic (current A-League Assistant Coach at Macarthur FC), Director of Football at Moreland Zebras, Senior Coach at North Caufield Maccabi State 2 League SE, Technical Director and Skill Acquisition Coach amongst others.

We welcome Fabrizio as a talented addition to the Mini Roos program as the club is about to embark on the next phase of technical development, inclusion of all players and grow talent within. This will be complimented with a bigger strategic objective to gain promotion and technical development and improvements, grow community spirit and involvement, and position the club to be the biggest, most inclusive and satisfying club in the North. Fabrizio will work closely with the Technical Director of JBNPL program as well as other senior coaching staff, to ensure we have a consistent football philosophy and club culture to allow players to thrive and progress through to senior football at Eltham Redbacks.
