John Floros – Technical Director

ERFC are delighted to announce the appointment of John Floros as Technical Director responsible for the Redbacks football program. John is an accomplished individual holding an AFC/FFA “A” Licence, currently completing an AFC/FFA “Pro” licence and holds a Master of Sports Science (Football Performance).

John’s professional experience spans over 20 years with coaching roles that include U23 Men’s National team – Olyroos as a performance coach, head coach of FV NTC program and some of the biggest football clubs in Australia and overseas – Melbourne Victory, Ajman FC (UAE), Al Nasr (UAE). Locally, he has worked with clubs such as South Melbourne, Oakleigh Cannons, Kingston City, Werribee City, FC Bulleen and Dandenong Thunder in various roles.

John’s personable result oriented approach will be a real asset to the Redbacks as they continue their quest to be the premier football club in the North East of Melbourne.

On his appointment John commented – I am thrilled to be associated with a club that has a strong history on developing young players and raising the bar that other clubs aspire to be. My experience and qualifications will allow the Redbacks to accomplish their goal and provide the opportunity for young players of all abilities to develop their skills and realise their dreams.
